1. Standardized production process of watch customization for Chinese watch manufacturers


In the early stage of watch customization, the customer needs to determine the style he wants, etc., and the watch factory needs to determine all aspects before production. One is to smooth subsequent production, and the other is to save time and cost. Determine all the parameters before production, give the customer a transparent quotation, and after paying a certain deposit, start the formal production, from material procurement to QC, parts production, pre-shipment to customer confirmation, follow-up, etc. After the assembly of the bulk goods is completed, pay the remaining balance after the inspection, and then you can pick up the goods or deliver them to your home.

 

2. Standardized watch dial production process of Chinese watch manufacturers


The degree of rigor required in the production process of the dial is quite high. (4) Quality inspection: After the watch shell prototype passes the inspection of the QC department and there is no problem, it can go to the next assembly process.

 

4. Standardized watch assembly process requirements for Chinese watch manufacturers


(1) The original power part of the watch spring that drives the entire movement to run continuously needs to be made of stainless, not easy-to-break, high-strength, and high-elastic materials;


(2) The assembly of the watch is very strict, and it is carried out in the 100,000-class clean, dust-free constant temperature workshop with air-conditioning equipment invested by the Elsie watch manufacturer. After the assembly of a watch is completed, it will go through a comprehensive verification for more than ten days, after simulation, actual running seconds, amplitude measurement, electronic meter test, appearance, and other assessments.


(3) The tolerance of watch parts is only allowed to be 0.005 mm. After passing the inspection with forty microscopes, it is riveted with the balance wheel.


(4) There are strict requirements on the performance, surface condition, and dimensional accuracy of the raw materials of the watch. For example, the material for making the hairspring requires high strength, and anti-magnetic properties, and is less affected by temperature changes. It can only be made of a special stainless and constant elastic alloy material.
