1. ODM watches
Simply put, it is LOGO OEM, with this option, you can choose an existing watch from our factory watch sample catalog to determine the style. You can make minor modifications to the case along with a new dial design and sell it under your own brand name. Possible modifications include case color/finish, strap type, and some limited adjustments to functionality. The advantages of ODM watches are cost-effective development, shorter lead times, and faster access to mass production. There is also a lower MOQ. The downside is that your case may look similar to another brand. If your budget is tight, ODM watches OEM is a good choice, because it is more suitable for small and medium-sized ordinary retail sellers.
OEM watch customization service allows you to create your own watch brand. You can fully design the case, dial, hands, strap/bracelet, and functions. Your watch can be set to whatever price you wish. You have to spend more money to develop the watch, including tools and molds because the style is not yet available in the market, the MOQ may be higher, and the lead time for prototyping and mass production may be longer. If you want to push a new product in line with your own brand strategy to the market to create a hit, OEM watch customization will be a good choice. The disadvantage is that the product development and design cycle are long, and the initial cost-effectiveness is low, because the funds that need to be invested are more than that of ODM watches, so it is more suitable for enterprises with funds and high brand awareness.
